according to plan

When kids enter the picture, you realize that your plans become secondary to what the babes need during the day. So try as you might to make things run smoothly, that isn't always the case. HOWEVER, with my 2 amazing kids (I wasn't saying that 2 days ago when I was up all night, haha) we achieved perfection yesterday. Matthew, Mackenzie and mommy traveled to Texas to surprise Gammy (my mom) for her birthday. Both kids slept the entire drive, Mackenzie ate quickly and we were at the lobsters in Central Market to catch Gammy turning the corner. The look on her face was priceless and Matt ran to her right on cue. How did this happen? We are still in awe after all the time changes and improvising along the way but God was on our side and it was GREAT! Happy Birthday Mom! So glad we were there to share it with you!
