Baking with Mommy

My sweet girl woke up from her nap while I was in the middle of making zucchini bread. I was so excited about baking the bread, I did the only thing I could do, hold Mackenzie in one arm and cook with the other. I felt like Audrey Hepburn in "Sabrina" when she is at cooking school and learning how to crack an egg with one hand. I DID IT! We had a blast! I hope I am able to pass along a love for cooking like my mom did with me. She got the full experience and licked the spoon at the end. She kept pointing to the bowl and wanting more :o) She also was very aware when her hard work was done and pointed to the bread cooling on the counter and then to her mouth. Smart girl!
