a crazy week

after what started off as a scary week, we enjoyed having more prep time before Mackenzie's arrival. Monday, after my dr appt, we headed to the hospital for a stress test. What we thought was a success, led to a bio ultrasound on Tuesday. There were a few tense hrs before the appt, but great news once we were seeing her on the screen. She passed the test and we were able to see great shots of her face and puckered lips. Thankful for a good report and more time to get ready for her, we have the swing in place, the car seat clean and her crib all made. We feel so blessed and are just excited for her to come!

On Matthew... he started singing "Jesus loves me" on his own the other day, just melted me. He seems to be getting his 2 yr molars in, so long naps and a little crabby these days. He is enjoying pushing the swing with his Shamu and dolphin in it. We found him this morning in the baby tummy time mat, talking about all the animals. So cute! Amazing to see him getting so much more independent, goes by fast!

Here is a pic of my very pregnant belly. 35 weeks and it doesn't seem like there is much more growing room. My belly button time is all the way out and says she is done :o)
